Over the past 4 years, we have realised that the stage when a Rural Innovator is scouted, he/she varies in their belief and clarity towards their problem statement, and idea/innovation/solution they devised. Since then TSIC has been hand-holding these innovators along the lines of

1. Mindset-level shift towards the concept of innovation
2. Building a clarity of thought towards the problem statement identified, and the devised solution
3. Sensitising them through Capacity Building to make them evolve and think beyond their comfort zones
